Had a major drain back up on Easter causing flooding. I called and explained the problem and told them that I was ok waiting until the next day, and by Monday afternoon the problem was fixed. Justin and Dave were thorough, professional and caring working extra to ensure my issue was resolved and l was satisfied. As a former submariner I am used to working with the best of the best and I am glad to say that this company is one of the best of the best in the area. From my initial contact to the completion of annual maintenance they were consistently professional courteous and timely. Robert my HVAC technician displayed outstanding knowledge of the profession and explained all the readings on the refrigeration unit as he went along and cleaned it. I highly recommend this to anybody in the area as I will definitely be using them again.

HVAC went out on Thursday and by Friday afternoon had a new system installed and running great. Technicians were professional and highly knowledgeable. This company went above and beyond to get this system installed. Justin and Rob outstanding job.

David and his team are fantastic. Woke up to my hot water tank leaking water and they had someone here immediately replacing it. I’ve also used them for a new AC unit a few years ago. At the time they warned me I would need a new water tank soon, so I knew who to call once it finally broke. I have a little one so I appreciate the urgency in which they were able to get me in so that he can have a nice warm bath tonight. Thank you again!

From scheduling the appointment to having the services performed everything was top tier. Chris was prompt, polite, and very knowledgeable. Pricing was reasonable. I would definitely recommend Mason and Son for all your plumbing needs.

The technician, Chris, was very nice and professional and definitely knew what he was doing/he did good work and answered any questions I had. I was surprised to be charged for the hour of time to get standard drainage parts and fittings that should have been on the truck based on Dave, the owner, knowing it was a drainage pipe leak already. Overall, the service was good but I don't think I should have been charged for not having standard drainage pipe materials on the van.

We had a leak in our hallway bathroom that created a water stain on downstairs ceiling. Chris presented us with a few options, and we chose the most invasive one so the problem would be fixed immediately. He was an absolute pleasure to work with. He was very professional and answered all our questions. He cleaned his work area well when he was finished.
